    Yesterday I walked to the park with my daughter. My feet started to freeze so I started to jog to warm up. She couldn't keep up so I had to walk again. My feet froze. But I enjoyed my little jog.

      I did a little low-impact jog thing. It felt great though! Lungs and heart are strong. Knees and feet creaky.
