Yesterday I walked to the park with my daughter. My feet started to freeze so I started to jog to warm up. She couldn't keep up so I had to walk again. My feet froze. But I enjoyed my little jog.
Well, I'm not a runner. I a weights girl. Hmm. I will have to figure out how to do this...
