  1. RUN
    good Tercentennial Park x2 3.45 mi 00:31 08:52 pace

Arrived just as the rest of the group left on the run. Pushed hard, maybe walked once, exhausted myself toward the end. Survived. Quite happy with my pace, but it's gonna be tough to match it... read more

  2. RUN
good Elm St to Hudson loop 3.96 mi 00:41 10:21 pace

Ran most of it. Felt good. Rocked a cotton shirt instead of a tech shirt by accident.

  3. RUN
    alright 3.3 mi 00:35 10:36 pace

Good run with the work group in Hopkington State Park, incorporated a few hills. Overheated/lightheaded a bit in the humidity, had to have a little sit-down after the run.

  4. RUN
great Elm to Regency 3.1 mi 00:35 11:17 pace

Birthday run! I may not be able to do 31 miles, but 31/10 miles I can do. Humid but windy as the sun set. Sweated like crazy. Longest solo continuous run with minor walks in between. Felt grea... read more

  5. RUN
    Regency to Washington 2.73 mi

Wanted to explore a new section of the trail, but went in the Vibrams and didn't want much mileage. Longer run than expected. I vow to never run concrete in Vibrams again. Feet in pain towa... read more

  6. RUN
great Elm St to Hudson loop 3.96 mi 00:45 11:21 pace

Rocked the first two miles, took an extended walk in the middle to figure out music, and then alternated quicker pace and more walking on way back. Temps near 80, high humidity.

  7. RUN
good Elm St to Hudson loop 3.96 mi 00:42 10:36 pace

Rocked the first 2 miles, a bit slower the way back, but feeling good.

  8. RUN
    good 2.13 mi

Felt good, only one walk break in the middle, surprised at how short the loop is.

  9. RUN
    good 5/25/12 3.5 mi 00:48 13:42 pace

Five minutes jogging, one minute walking, repeat. Got tough toward the end, but felt good overall.

  10. RUN
    alright 2.33 mi

Decent run in the fading sunlight.

  11. RUN
    good Hopkington 5/29/12 2.45 mi

Decent run with the work club. A decent hill in the middle, made it to the top before walking.

  12. RUN
    5/25/12 3.68 mi

    Decent run.

  13. RUN
great Tercentennial Park x2 2.77 mi

Great run with the work run club. Very hot+humid. Mostly running, two short walks. Ran into a former coworker.

  14. RUN
alright Assabet and Back 3.96 mi 00:50 12:37 pace

Ran/walked a bit longer than I wanted, during the mid-day heat. Amateur! Save me, chocolate milk, you're my only hope.

Nice! Keep it up! Time on feet is most important, don't worry about pace. Bring a bottle of water for 45+ min runs in the heat. A small 8oz-12oz bottle can work well w/o being too heavy (good for getting used to carrying something in a hand).

  15. RUN
    Ghiloni Park 4x 1.92 mi

A bit cold, felt better by end of run.

  16. RUN
    blah Barefoot 2.94 mi

In minimalist Vibrams. On pavement. Ran farther than I wanted to, oops. Painful toward the end.
