    My 1st Trail Run!!! It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE..Its alot different from running on a street..The PLUS is it was Wooded...The MINUS was the HILLS & ROCKS

      Awesome Run!!! I want to try trails but am worried about twisting my ankle or knee, I hate running in the sun so a big plus would be the wooded area around the trails.

    Yersterdays Boot Camp made 2days run a little rough on me so I was slower than usual but like I said...I would be back 2day...and hard work and determination kept me there!
