Felt pretty chilly and windy out there, but felt really good the first 3 miles - was keeping a 9:30 pace which is fast for me. Mile 4 I started to feel a little blah - sickish to my stomach - not sure if its from dinner or from just getting over a stomach bug earlier in the week. Glad I finally made it back out there...too much time off!
