RUN
tired Parkway Run 17.4 mi 03:04 10:34 pace
Very cold weather that I was unprepared for, plus a late night. Not a good run - I had planned on 24 miles.

good GW Parkway 3 mi 00:25 08:13 pace
Wore the KSOs again today, felt great throughout the run. Calves are a little sore post-run, but hoping that fades overnight.

RUN
good Parkway Run 5 km 00:24 07:48 pace

Oh that sucks. :( Hey did you get your Garmin to sync with this site? Mine's not working! edit - nm I'm a dummy, I see that you did. :)

Yea, but it's manual - kind of annoying. Have to pull each one and create a new entry. It'd be nice if it auto-created the entries based on when I sync the watch to Garmin's site.

Hmm does it pull from the site or the device?

I think it pulled from Garmin's site (since it prompted me for the Garmin Connect credentials), and it pulled the 5 most recent workouts from the site.
