I did the iFit scheduled run. It figured 1.7 miles for 26 minutes (uh, no.) So I did my speed for that distance, using 4 minute HIITS, and then thought that was too short, so went the 2, and then walked an additional 1/3 of a mile for the warm/cool down (so 2.3 miles in all). I noticed my achilles is tweaking again... not good...
Also, my mother gave me all these ironman socks for running, and I think they're awful. I can feel where they embroidered their huge logo rubbing into my arch of my foot! You would think they would know better than to do something like that!
