    Ok, I got on and said that I would push myself past my normal 1 and a half mile average. ...before I knew it..I ran 2.1 miles!! The best part it I felt good!
    I will see what happens next time. :)

      That's great. I think by now you've built up your cardiac reserve. Go out there and surprise yourself. Don't forget to hydrate because you may be running longer than you originally planned :)

    Felt good to get back to the gym! Hadn't been since last Thur night!!
    Nice walk/run on the treadmill and weights. Total time spent at the gym was about 1 hr 15 minutes.

    I need to start writing down my time before I leave the gym. I know that it was somewhere near 35 minutes. I walked most of it tonight.
