    Started outside...made it about 3 miles before I couldn't feel my face (4 degrees wind chill), so I packed it up and finished on the treadmill at the Y. Not ideal, but glad I got the mileage in!

    Roads are a sheet of ice, so I was forced to do my long run for the week on the treadmill at the Y...not ideal, but felt pretty good.
