    went out trail then on some old farm roads to take baby girl from our house to soccer practice at the gym...nice HILLY ride. felt pretty good.

    got the bike tuned and new hybrid tires, took the mt bike tires off - such a difference! i felt great! took baby girl out to centennial park again.

    first time on the bike this summer, not bad, about an hour pulling my three year old. this was on koke mill and the new trail out to the dog park.

    i was really tired and really didn't think i could do all four, but we powered through and i felt FABULOUS after! if i would have been by myself i would not have made it!

    12.4 miles biking, 3.2 miles running. need to work on my biking but my run was good - although my legs were a little weird when i first got off the bike. what a GREAT experience though, how fun!

    felt pretty good...we may have gone farther, i was pulling her in the wagon or she was pulling the wagon so it took a long time to get around. gotta love that babe!
