Keep it up. I feel your "pain". It sucks feeling like you are starting "over" again. I am just trying to set realistic goals and still have fun.

@David, I'm rebuilding from a pinched nerve in my lower back so the miles will be low and slow. Once I figure out how to sync my Garmin to my Android tablet, I'll post them. I ran 3 yesterday though. Rest today, try again tomorrow. I REALLY need the kick in the butt..err, DM support :-)
