      it was tough Laura, very uneven some trails, farm land, the picture was the start of a hil, the grass was covering quite deep ruts which are not good for my ankles.

    Approx time 80 lengths steady front crawl followed by 8 minutes Sauna 5 minutes Jacuzzi. home by 10:20 am

    Good little TM session, slow walk start building to steady run. TM followed by weights Machines for 20 minutes legs and shoulders.

      Nice long run Roy. And, yes I agree I do need someone to train with. It's just impossible to find someone. Non of my friends run. And, I'm unable to join a running club because it conflicts with my hubby's football... Me and my lonesome self for a while :(
