      20-odd years ago I rode a horse stabled at Albrighton - your run routes are all familiar names to me. Times change - I don't remember any runners in all the times I went over Bradshaws/Pattingham/Kingswood etc. but I bet you can't move for fluorescent vests these days.

      not that bad Hazel I can run over there and never see anyone, in fact we made a comment on Sunday that we didn't see another human being until we hit a field in Codsall and the we saw 4 dog walkers that was it.
