      Hi Laura yes I think I have always enjoyed swimming but never as often as now, I think I go back to school days when learned, and thats like 60 plus years ago, scary.

    easy run to take Lucy, with Don and Kathy, ran with Lucy for nearly 5 miles nice and easy she did it again without stopping. getting closer to her 10 km target.

    good solid front crawl. had to jog out and back as my car is in for repair, I had a little crunch with a brick wall. ouch.

      Nice early miles Roy. You're so dedicated to get out there so early - nice work. Yes, swimming is getting easier. It's a slow process tho. And, it still takes me 16 mins to do 500m. I hope the speed comes soon!

    Run To meet Kathy and Preston on the railway walk met up at 1.8 miles then an out and back nice and steady pace and chat.

      if i was 20 years younger Michelle, I would, I have done a few Triathlons but don't like the cycling now, scared of falling off, yet until I was 25 + I lived on my bike.

      i's a great route Dave if you don't mind diving over stiles etc and the tracks are not used that much so unless you know the way it;s not that easy. but it is a lovely route.

    Called for Kathy at 7:30 answered the door in night dress, she overslept It took her about 10 minute before we were out for a nice steady run around Codsall Wood. my Garmin refuses to download.
