    picked Lucy up at 8 am she ran 3.6 miles easy to save her sore calf.
    nice little 9.25 miles in total on a miserable morning, dull and damp.

      no Laura I've change swim pool for the indoors at our local 25 metre public baths. not so luxurious as Virgin Active, also our Virgin Active has changed the Nuffield Health, not the same set up at all.
