i saw people with 5k medals...did they just not have enough of them?
it's too bad there are so many competing events around this time of year - if they were spaced out a bit more i would run more races! i always want to do the Sporting Life 10k but it's always so close to Goodlife now that it's not possible for me...Too bad one of the 10ks couldn't move to June...but i don't know anything about the logistics of these things.
i remember when the waterfront and goodlife were on top of each other, but they

Do you have an email address for them. Many of us want to see if they'll say anything about the water situation last week and today's issues

Hope you get your medal soon. I thankfully didn't have any issues with Goodlife and very few with Sporting Life (carried my own water for both which helped). Agree @Barb G that it would be nice to have them spread out more.

are you flipping kidding me?? No medal?! Thats awful. What race 'runs out of medals'? It does not matter if its your first or your 30th race, its the sign of accomplishment. You better follow up every week with an email.....

William, I realize you're upset, as you worked hard for that medal and should have got it. Poor planning on their part. That said, there might be a good reason, and they're going the extra mile of mailing to you at added cost. I'd just accept it with thanks, myself.

Nice! I'm so glad you had a good show out there today. I saw the 5kers as I was coming in (I was surrounded by all of you! It was hilarious!) and I "looked" for you, but really, I mean it's impossible to see anyone - especially from the back. But I gave you a cheer in my head! :) Great stuff today!
