    Long trail today with my wife. Knee was doing well today despite a mild push. A little twinge near the end so took the short course back.

    Using fit bit to get an overall fitness reading on all actiivties. 11,635 steps, 14 floors, 6.75 hours of sleep with a 96% quality of sleep. This is mostly from work activity today.

      96% sleep quality! Great for recovery. I'm jealous. Best I've managed is 56% but I am a terrible sleeper.
