      lol totally when I was at the gym today working bicepts I saw this huge vein which looked like a pipeline. Tonight at this party I went to show someone how I had veins and I could not find it. I looked like a fool lol.

    Saturday morning run with Peel. Warmer and humid, so it felt like to took a lot more effort to maintain the pace. Otherwise, felt pretty good. Longest run in a while, so pretty pleased.
