    Wore my Garmin during our pre-work soccer match. Surprised to learn we covered about 2 miles. On a very small field playing 4v4, that's not too shabby. Had a great time.

    Nice run this evening. Not quite as hot. The run intervals felt good. Averaged about 8:05. Got a long way to go before Savannah, but pain free is a good way to be.
