Ah...Monday....so let's get to work shall we:) Day 5 w/u was the norm. 400m run/Arm swings/Leg swings, then 3 rounds of 5 Pull Ups (With bands cuz I'm weak), 10 Push Ups, 10 Body Squats. Then we went on to learn the squat, which apparently doing wrong all these years:) It was good to re-learn a new form for the squat. Did just 3 rounds of 5. Then came the walls balls.........ugh.....followed with the box jumps....ugh:( Now that was a workout. Finished up with 4 rounds of 15 wall balls (10#)/10 box jumps (24" box). Funny enough....this is still elements....put this all together for a WOD....yikes:)
