Ah...Monday....so let's get to work shall we:) Day 5 w/u was the norm. 400m run/Arm swings/Leg swings, then 3 rounds of 5 Pull Ups (With bands cuz I'm weak), 10 Push Ups, 10 Body Squats. Then we went on to learn the squat, which apparently doing wrong all these years:) It was good to re-learn a new form for the squat. Did just 3 rounds of 5. Then came the walls balls.........ugh.....followed with the box jumps....ugh:( Now that was a workout. Finished up with 4 rounds of 15 wall balls (10#)/10 box jumps (24" box). Funny enough....this is still elements....put this all together for a WOD....yikes:)

I love wall balls. Great workout. I would cry at the 24" box. I barely clear the 20".

@MC....he's under strick orders not to kill me until after Huntsville and Augusta....but his elements class has been phenomenal and we've been going very slowly for all us noobs to get introduced into the sport. Awesome instructor!
