great Thursday Brick Pt1 22.25 mi 01:14 18.0mph pace

Met up with the 5am crowd to get one loop in before meeting up with the 5:30am crowd to do half the church and back loop. No drafting today and almost enjoyed the time in the saddle as it didn't feel as hard to ride today. Enjoyed hanging with Matt Jeff M. at 5am start and then the usual suspects Hardy S. Roxy W. Chad B. Brooks G. Cason G. and crew! Kept it Zone 2 like I actually know what my zones are on the bike:) AHR=139

Great work! Good to see you, and glad I can say awkward things almost as well as you.

Good ride, Burt! And nice vanishing act. "Where is Burt?" "Maybe he rode the entire Snickers loop?" "Was he ever really here?"

@Cason G. I like being a sissy when it saves me from that much pain....plus, with my made up HR zones, I have room to workout at whatever pace I feel......I don't see the downside to this:)
