Since I'm on strict orders not to perform any form of workout over the next two weeks had to improvise on how to get Nicholas' workout in. So, set up the cones in the backyard and had him run the inside of the fence. I think he did about 25 or so laps to get this distance so not too bad. He's very consistent with his 14:45 to 15 min/mi pace so I'm looking forward to him running the whole race at that pace. Can't wait to actually get back out there with him.
