    After many health hurdles this year I am cleared by the Dr to do Pilates and Yoga so I started with Zone Pilates tonight. Felt great, worked my core, backside, arms, legs..you name it I did it! YAY!

      Not sure that I'm that seasoned, just old. But I seem to have to concentrate some on getting a good rhythm to my breathing to start and then after awhile the lung muscle memory just takes over. May take a bit to get to that point.

      Thanks Scott! I have been battling illness for quite some time so starting off slow and steady...Just wish I was back to my fighting form quicker! :-)

      No doubt! Frustrating waiting! I am glad you are feeling well enough to start back. There are discouraging days, they do come and go. But you are gonna get there! In my experience, it is those elusive things we want right now and have to claw and scratch and fight for, that are the sweetest accomplishments. I look forward to hearing your story when you get this hurdle crossed. That's gonna be a sweet day!

      The Wii yoga is ok, Joel, not as wonderful as yoga in a studio but gets the job done! :-) and Thank you Fegrig, I am trying really hard!!!
