Slow & Easy pace. At home with a sick kid on the couch. Worked out while watching WALL-E & Toy Story 2. Not the greatest motivation, but I was feel restless and needed to move some energy. Legs STILL sore from barefoot run, but felt good to flush them out and have a nice stretch after. Hope my little guy feels better soon! I'm feeding him VEGA popsicles : )


Upon much research, apparently it's very normal for your calves to feel like they'll fall off when beginning barefoot running

that's due to over-correction.... running on your toes rather than mid foot with relaxed calfs. great workout :-) way to get it done!

Thanks Tim : ) Yes, I did run allot on my toes. Next time out I'll focus on reeling it back a bit. I also think I was having so much fun... I over did it! So it goes... a good thing!
