Insanity - Fit Test
There is nothing better to tell you that you’re out of shape than to do something outside of your normal workout zone. Did the fit test for insanity tonight and almost vomited from it.
My body isn’t used to doing such things this intensive. I’m hoping incorporating this into our training schedule will prove to be extremely beneficial.
