Oh, I just don't know! I think my new shoes will work. No pain anywhere and I know the fit is right and they are appropriate for me as I broke down after 5 shoes from Zappos have not worked and went to Fleet Feet for some help. Came away with the Asics Nimbus 14, which they assured me was very similar to the last model of the Cumulus, which is what I have been running in....first impressions were they felt heavy-but they are no heavier than my old Cumulus, so that's a mental barrier I am going to have to break. I hate it when shoe companies change around a perfectly good shoe and make it different! Rest Day for me tomorrow!! Going to do a note about my impressions of running and doing Insanity soon if anyone's interested...

    I LOVED the cumulous, like a cloud, but it had to much bend in the toe for my forefoot strike and I started get arthritis in my toe, really hated that. So hope they work for you because they are a comfortable shoe!

    I hate buying new shoes. Whenever I find a style I like, they change it soon afterwards. I need to go shopping for a new pair soon. Dreading it...Hope these work for you!

    Cant beat asics wesley. Nimbus are slightly heavier than cumulus. Enjoy
