    After 6 miles running and 25 miles biking Angie tried to kill me by taking me out another 3 miles at 8:30 pace. I'm beat!

    I whimped out. Only did 19 instead of 20. The last four were in GMP range but only after a couple 10 second recovery breaks. Thanks Angie and Mackenzie for sharing the miles!!
