      it was totally hot!!! I knew it was going to be bad, 75 degrees at 5:30 am. My aim was 11 miles today, oh well, I'll just do my best next Sunday in San Diego and not pass out.

      You and me both. I did get to spend some time in the water this summer(finally!- I love the water) but I am looking forward to cooler weather.
