      I understand your sigh, I went 8 weeks last year unable to run. Good news is I came back better and stronger.

      I quit diet coke about 8 months ago and I'm so glad - so much crap in that stuff and it got to the point where I craved it constantly! I had wicked headaches for a week or two after giving up, but after that I was fine. Good luck!

    Couldn't convince anyone to run hills with me at 5:30 am in the 35 degree temps (wimps! ;)), so I ran on my own ... I could feel the effects of running hills all day long. Wonderful soreness :)
