  5. VELO
great with Tour de Cure group 30 mi

It wasn't at the pace that I'd hope to ride, and I did a slo-mo fall at the end which messed up my derailer, but I made a new friend, and it was a worthwhile experience any way.

  6. VELO
    good Cyclewerx 19.26 mi 01:10 16.5mph pace

Hang in there Wende! I love running and when I'm in the midst of crazy training I actually start disliking or not looking forward to it. Maybe it's our body's way of making us stronger swimmers and cyclists. Let's run together soon, if we can coordinate schedules. xoxo

Resting is good too! Maybe you need a break? I know when I feel that way taking a day or two off helps me revive my desire to run. Hope you're feeling back in the saddle soon!

  9. VELO
    good Canandaigua/Farmington/Gorham 59 mi 04:01 14.7mph pace

      Great Performance:

Put your feet up and think about all the training you have done and visualize finishing "Boston strong." Total rest. Nothing more than lifting your fork to eat… Best of luck!
