    blah Syracuse 70.3 course 13.1 mi 02:12 10:04 pace

This is a personal worst for me - and it was a painful 2+ hours. I attribute it to several factors;it was hot & humid, the course is super hilly (1300' elevation climb in 13 miles) and th... read more

great Syracuse half ironman course 56 mi 03:06 18.1mph pace

  3. swim
good Jamesville reservoir 2112 yd 00:42 35:08 pace

This is a half iron man swim PR for me. The start was AWFUL, but I was determined to stay super calm and keep my breathing consistent. It paid off!

  11. RUN
alright to Village and back 4 mi 00:35 08:45 pace

Very hot/muggy out, and I was still depleted from my bike ride, so it was hard work.

  12. VELO
    good CycleweRx 68 mi 04:00 17.0mph pace

My longest distance so far this year! And I'm told that riding on a computrainer is equivalent to riding 1.2 x the recorded distance on the road (although I can't swear by that) so I... read more

  17. VELO
great with Tour de Cure group 30 mi

It wasn't at the pace that I'd hope to ride, and I did a slo-mo fall at the end which messed up my derailer, but I made a new friend, and it was a worthwhile experience any way.

    good Cyclewerx 19.26 mi 01:10 16.5mph pace

Hang in there Wende! I love running and when I'm in the midst of crazy training I actually start disliking or not looking forward to it. Maybe it's our body's way of making us stronger swimmers and cyclists. Let's run together soon, if we can coordinate schedules. xoxo

Resting is good too! Maybe you need a break? I know when I feel that way taking a day or two off helps me revive my desire to run. Hope you're feeling back in the saddle soon!
