Wende, I'm always impressed with your workouts. Some days there is a lot in the tank -- sometimes not. Either way it's good to use what we have. You take care!

great Patriots Half Ironman 13.1 mi 01:48 08:15 pace

Felt really good right from the beginning. Spent the entire run praying for friends and family that came to mind and heart - it was so pleasant.

  3. VELO
good Freetown MA 56 mi 03:03 18.4mph pace

28 mile loop x2. Relatively flat route with scattered rolling hills. Second loop felt easier than the first. Computer only registering cadence - not MPH - and I tried to keep it between 85 - 95.

  9. VELO
good Miller Hill to Rt 21 26.2 mi

Came up with a new 13 mile route from my house with LOTS of hills and all right hand turns - and did it twice! Think it may be my new training route.

alright McMullen Mile 1 mi 00:06:56 06:56 pace

I hate this distance. I was hoping to get a 6:45. I've done the work, and should have been able to nail it. Very disappointed. ugh.

I felt the same way today. Probably the heat or just a bit tired from all the training. Good job getting out and getting it done. I rode down Barnes today and thought of you. I'm not sure I can run up that hill!
