Another great run to Wilson's. Just like last Saturday, K went to the gym and I ran over on the same route. I felt just as good if not better than last week, and my time ended up being two minutes faster. The weather was perfect for a long run. Not cold at all. Once I got to Wilson's I did my ab workout too.
