      Nice run! It'll be a little rough until your body ajdusts to the night shifts. I had the same problem when I worked until early morning 3 times a week.

  4. Going to be working grave yard shifts. Will be interesting how this will effect my training. Have not worked grave yard shifts since I was young and had much more energy lol.

      It'll be tough to run after those shifts even when you get a plenty of sleep. I used to work till early mornings 3 times a week. I had hard time getting quality runs.
