    My left foot hurt the whole race and afterwards I noticed some swelling just underneath the outside of my ankle. Race was fun, but couldn't set a new PR due to the pain.

      Hang in there!! I'm in the same boat with IT Band issues for the past 5 weeks. All we can do is our best!! I am determined to run and finish and not worry about pace.

      Ugh, so sorry! Been there, done that and hated it. I'm nursing sore knees after my half today. ITBS sucks. Get better! Foam rolling is awesome for that.
