    Good to get some miles and elevation gain. Lots of hiking. Legs rarely felt good. Tired most of the time but still great to be out.

    Hiking and running. Felt pretty good after warming up.

    VFF recovery run, still feeling some DOMS from Saturday. Legs are sore but not tired. Finished by running 10x short hills with Highland High soccer team. That helped loosen the legs.
