      Great job Eugene! Very solid time for the first half. Its a distance that's a lot easier on the body than a full and once you get comfortable with the distance you can really make great inroads on the time

      I believe it Eugene..I run with a friend hes 70 years and funny thing is he says he cant keep my pace but hes right next to me the whole time... ;) hes fun to run with

    Went out slow on the first lap of the trail and wanted to give up!! I kept going and finished strongly, completing the second lap some three minutes faster than the first one!!
