I pushed Boston my three year old in the jogger stroller and it was a workout. I only had a couple miles in the 6:50 range the rest were all 7:30's. tough workout!!

I did a 2 mile warmup up to daybreak. Then I did 8x400's with a 400 jog. My times were: 71,73,76,74,73,74,73,71. Did a 2 mile cool down.

good Daybreak triple loop. 10 mi
I went up to daybreak and ran 3 loops around the lake. First loop I ran with a go pro on my head. Second I pushed the pace and third loop took it easy and ran half of it with my 11 year old Bailey.

I love reading your race reports too! And I could also use some tips. It sounds like it was a perfect day! Are they doing medals now for Canyonlands? I think I read that they were going to. I did it 2 years ago and didn't get a medal. Might have to do this one next year!
