To get my speed I had in high school, and try and qualify for the Olympic time trials for the marathon. To break a 1:08 half marathon time and 2:30 marathon.

      I love reading your race reports too! And I could also use some tips. It sounds like it was a perfect day! Are they doing medals now for Canyonlands? I think I read that they were going to. I did it 2 years ago and didn't get a medal. Might have to do this one next year!

      Thanks Alison! Florian, I have run that course 9 times now. I always try to run my hardest when I hit the last 2 miles.
      Janae, it was a medal year. I'm not sure they will do it every year. They should though.
