this was after a pretty good lower-body weight work out, so I kept it short...and I set a new solo bench press today after work - 207 pounds. It is pretty weak compared to my younger self, but still a milestone...progress!


Excellent! That is quite a day! Usually I can run good the day of workout, its the day after not so much lol.

LOL, well, I'll find out tomorrow, cuz I'm doing a timed mile, just to see what my base time is...I have a race coming up in mid may - just a one-mile fun run, but I want to turn in a respectable time, right? I'm hoping I'll be able to run a 12 minute or less mile...wish me luck!
