    been feeling pretty crummy the last few days...starting to feel a little better today

  3. caught a stomach bug yesterday, and I'm stiff and sore all over...taking a day off from the gym. I'll hit it again tomorrow.

    not too shabby, slow but fun, running with my good friend Robby. Lot's of runners, good weather...nice!

    did shoulders and upper back...went OK. I can tell the shoulders are getting a little stronger.

    went OK. body weight is still stuck at 223, and bench machine number has increased slightly, to 212.5. could be worse, it could be going down!

    I'm guessing at the time, but it was pretty slow. Just starting to get back on the road. Seriously want to put in some more running time...
