    First run out with my minimalist Saucony Hattori shoes - really good! Once the marathons are out of the way will definitely be taking these out more often....then on to the Vibrams!

    Felt good to get a 20+ miler in but got to be honest, the Downs Link is pretty dull to run along...maybe it gets better nearer the South Downs?

      Thanks - think I can go quicker too but best save that for the next 2 weekends - Brighton Marathon followed by London Marathon

      The crowd were fantastic today. Highlights though have to be chasing the man in the Mankini and the steel drum band under the dual carriageway!

      I have had this before. If your really bothered there is a setting on your garmin that will force it to re-sync everything. Only issue with this is you will have to delete any runs you have manually deleted from Garmin connect previously.

      Problem solved - tried syncing on laptop rather than other computer and seems to be ok - glad didn't have to resort to the data deleting!!
