    Had to run first thing this morning. Big mistake. Still sore from workout yesterday. Hadn't eaten. Was cold & windy as crap!! Very slow & painful. Learned some good lessons tho.

    BRRR! 17 degrees and this was last nite's run w/ my dog, Addie. Got really tired the last 1/2 b/c the wind/cold was making it hard for me to breathe. I about drowned in my own snot!

    Critical swim speed test. Bunch of drills, including sculling (ouch!), then 400m swim test and then 200m swim test. As the test confirms, I'm slow as crap...time to puke now..

    Ugh...longest swim since Aug, which is sad. I'm a weenie! Need more swim strength b/c I don't go anywhere! Starting the road back and I now have a training plan...structure is GOOD!
