      UPDATE: Saw the Dog Catcher riding around this area. Apparently, we weren't the only family bothered by the dog this morning. ha!

      Wow, I am sorry to hear about the back. Probably adding stretching and core work will work better than subtracting running. Just my opinion.

      Think I may first need an X-ray. Maybe a slipped disc. Definitely need a stronger back for sure!
