    Woke up 5:30 in a great mood to do such a stupid thing. Drove to my office tower, wearing my 10 kg vest and run up stairs ( 20 floors ) * 3 times in 42 min. 23 sec. strong forever.

  5. Easy morning workout: Deadlift 140 kg ( 20 rep. )
    8 km TM running ( inclined 2 ), 30 min. Rowing ( 7000 km ).

      Those are cool. I have some Bose sport ear buds and those are great but not water proof. Ill have to take a look at these

    From 0:00-5:00 use 75 lb.
    From 5:00-10:00 use 95 lb.

    PR ( 170 kg ) back squat 1 rep.
    PR (180 kg ) deadlift 1 rep. ( belt ) can't lock it but on my way ( sec. Trial )
