      Thank you everybody! Yes, it's another experience. My left calf is still hurting while walking but it's lot better than yesterday. I have thought of taking a break of 2-3 weeks from running now.

    Had thought of going to OGC. But felt too lazy. Dr Abhijeet Bhandari and Sanjay R. made me run very fast. Before I joined them, I was happily running at 6:40 pace.

    Just 2-weeks left. Mind games started - 4 x 22K, 1st 22K in 2:22 hrs, 2nd in 2:44 hrs, 3rd in 3:06 hrs, 4th in 3:28 hrs i.e. done in 11:40 hrs! over simplified? may be, doable? yes.

      why not do it reverse, 1st in 3:28, 2nd in 3:06 and so on !! these are taper blues, hard time to cope...you are prepared really well this year !

      With proven strategy, (like 20 min run / 3 min walk) I doubt if you would need more than 11 hrs. In fact I was surprised when you first said 11.40!

      @Neeraj - Yes, it is risky affair. I am hoping that I will be comfortable in new shoes in next 3-weeks or so. If not, I will run in my old and worn out Brooks.

      @Neeraj - Had I known that you are at Univ, I would have definitely asked you. I had parked my vehicle near the fork just inside Univ and returned from there after first loop.

    No niggles or pain still didn't feel like running at all. Kept effort easy throughout and only in last 3-4 km got into some sort of rhythm.

    First 8-9k were alone as Madhu didn't come due to pain in his knee. Then joined by Kaustubh K. We stopped at around 8 am, then itself it appeared hot. I was happy that we were done with our run.
