Some easy run on either side of 3 x 800m with 2 min walk interval. Met Mumtaz briefly in return phase.
Easy run with fast finish.
First run of the week.
Just 2-weeks left. Mind games started - 4 x 22K, 1st 22K in 2:22 hrs, 2nd in 2:44 hrs, 3rd in 3:06 hrs, 4th in 3:28 hrs i.e. done in 11:40 hrs! over simplified? may be, doable? yes.
6 x (400m uphill + 400m downhill). Rest is home to-n-fro hill.
Just to keep the legs moving during taper.

Easy run to break into new shoes (Nike Pegasus+ 29). A bit of pain in right knee in last 200m, not sure if it is due to shoes.
No niggles or pain still didn't feel like running at all. Kept effort easy throughout and only in last 3-4 km got into some sort of rhythm.
Day didn't start well. Found both vehicles with flat Tyre. So couldn't go to OGC. Ran near home. Felt sluggish throughout. Relieved that this run is over.
Did 10 loops of ~400m hill at an easy pace.
