    Wow, it was HOT yesterday evening. I sure picked a bad day to ride to work! It was 92 degrees out and I think I sweat off 5 lbs on the ride back home! Still it was a good ride :-)

    Rode the way back home yesterday evening. Took time to volunteer at the local 2nd Harvest Food Bank in the afternoon as well. Lovely day!
