    My first run in 2 months, it had the wind knocked out of me. Had planned on doing something between 10-12k, I stopped closer to the minimum.

    Went full throttle till 35k, then slowed down and finally walked back to the start to finish the 50k that I had set out to do today.

    Was aiming to reduce it a little more, but a pack of dogs disturbed my rhythm between 14k to 16k when they took umbrage at me not stopping my run to lay with them.

    Lovely run, tried to increase the pace today after having worked on my gait for the past two weeks. Managed to knock off ~10 minutes from the regular timings.

    Ran today's 30-32k along the highway, not on it, to do a little bit of a trail run. Knee protesting a bit. Tomorrow is rest day, another 30-32k beckons on Thursday.

      Thank you, John & Umesh. Nikhil, a 30-32k is normal, a part of my Boot Camp Training. I plan to do this distance thrice a week this week. Next week onwards, it'll be time to increase the weekly mileage, so the runs will be 2 of 30k each on Tuesday and Thursday, Saturday will see an overnighter of 100k. :)
