My morning alarm ditched me!
30
km
03:21
10:47 pace
Only y'day i was boasting about my routine to Hemant. I said the alarm to 04:15 after getting up for the morning aarti at Shirdi. Y'day night forgot to reset it to 2:00. Got up at 04:30, even Biscuit didn't disturb me. Result, no spinning, no elaborate green tea ceremony, no devotional music. Instead, hurriedly gulped bottle of water for hydration and run after Biscuit's morning ritual. I had to stop more frequently for biological breaks enroute. 10K in 1:01. Half way mark at 1:34. Thankfully the weather was nice and breeze just right.

An another great one sir. You are the champion. Keep it up

You could drop off everything other than running. Priorities are very clear :)
BTW, Mumtaz is waiting for the day he will be in a position to compete with you.

I don't like competition from others. I run to my beats. Company for run i would welcome heartily. Welcome to Hubli!

Another Day, Another 30 kms minus the green tea. Poor Knees, Poor Feet, Poor Heart, poor calves, poor thighs, poor everything.

Coincidence I too was ditched by alarm. The only difference is i could not do anything. But this difference between class and mass will always be there :)
Can't say much about your run as it is as true as the rise of sun :)

Bala, you sound as if i am the Poor Rich Kid, a.k.a Richie Rich fame. By the way who told you my knees, feet, heart, calves and thighs are complaining!

YOUR BODY NEVER COMPLAINS, I feel sorry for those parts being part of you. What a hammering they are getting.

@Bala, except for my soles, no other part is complaining.

For runners like you there must be a challenge to say RUN 2500 kms in a month. why are you demotivating the other runners who are doing the BNP challenge ?

Biological breaks?!?! Beak hahaha!! Nice.. I'm going to use that one! Great running.. You're so consistent, and inspirational. Sometimes I think "If Vishwanathan is running today.. Then cowgirl up.. I will too!!!!".

Ps you are far from demotivating!! You're inner spirit is bountiful!! "Our deepest fear is not our darkness, it's our light. We ask ourselves ' who am I to be brilliant and amazing?' well actually, who are you NOT to be? You're playing small doesn't serve the world. There us nothing enlightening about shrinking so that others will not be insecure around us. You are a child of the universe, made if the stars, and as you let your light shine, you unconsciously give permission to others to do the same" -MW

Easy peasy ho hum! Do the roosters in Hubli see you go and then determine their crowing time?

I am seriously embarrassed. Will decide whether to post today's workout. On second thought, going by Toni-Lee's post, i shall!
