great It was a breeze 30 km 03:34 11:30 pace

Overcast conditions and breezy conditions for most part of the run. It threatened to be a drag when it intensified. I have given up on my speed, maybe, my going for distance is to hide my inadequacy in speed.

nice run Vish.... with running 30k everyday, its tough to improve on speed....but with running every day, your speed is fantastic ...

I'm sure with all these base building runs your speed for shorter distances will drastically improve. Why don't you throw in some short speedy runs?!

You should also have registered for the TCS 10 K and given Dr. Ram a run for his money :)

running all the time, i always wonder how you are able to sit at home or sleep. your legs keep doing the cycling repetitions all the time at work, home (when you are not running)

I am afraid if it's not happening now, it will soon happen. Then there will be some comments " Paavam aavaru - oodindeah earukkanum aavarukku, veetala vidamattingranga"
