great Brisk pace today by my standards 30 km 03:16 10:30 pace

Very few stop overs today and except for a prayer break at the Masjid on the way back (4 minutes, timed out), had a very steady run. Rahul has become friends and wishes me on my way out. Did not meet him on the way back, maybe, i was early for him.

I don't fancy this Yuvaraj. Biscuit only comes for the morning walk, he is too undisciplined to run on the highway.

Wow, if this is a barefoot run, then super pace. You have now crossed all barriers and is well transitioned to Barefoot. My barefoot runs are only the easy ones or recovery runs. I need to do this for a month of two and then start faster runs.

It is brisk by any standard Vishy sir! Given the pebbles , and given the fact that it is on the highway and morning traffic. It only proves the studies which say barefoot is not only natural but faster.
Now we have somebody in our midst who has renunciated shoes.
