    A nice ride with a cake at the end.. pushed hard through the ride.. with some climb intervals near a small hill on the Kelambakkam-Vandalur road! Lack of fitness is apparent!

    Good to be back on the saddle, rode with Adarsh, Sachin, Prem and Chinna, was a really good ride.. bonked after 55 kms, had to stop and take in some carbs to get back home..
