    Was hard and easy. I didn't wait long enough after I ate, so I got bad stomach cramps. I just pushed through the pain. But other than that, it went really good.

    I forgot to set my timer, so I'm not positive on the time, but it was a good run, I didn't feel too tired and kept going. This is getting easier. =] I do have a stomach ache though. =[

    Feet hurt and body ached after that walk. I walked all the way from North Orem to South Provo with my bag, which I had a bunch of stuff in. Shoulders hurt.

    Actually went better than usually. Normally I'm out of breath and my legs hurt a few minutes into it. But I was able to run without feeling too tired. Only bad part was my new running shoes ... read more

    Love Yoga, it for the most part goes amazingly well. But I'm still struggling with getting into a forearm stand. Head stands are still a bit difficult as well.

    It was 45 degree's out so wearing those several layers didn't help, plus I didn't have a rubber band to pull up my hair, so it kinda got warm.

    It was hard because the cold was bothering my lungs and my hands, but I feel really good right now.

      I hate running in the cold for that same reason. But it does feel good after!

      Yeah, it was the first time I've ever done it, but I had fun. At least I'll know what else I can wear to be a bit warmer. =)

      There have been some mornings here, I am back in Boston for a few weeks, where it has freakishly cold. But then I think to myself, "Every mile is one mile closer to me be healthy and happy again." (Plus I am really competitive. :D )
