    Freaking freezing!!! Weather said 12 when I left -1 real feel. Down to the beach and back .. Wind was pretty nasty down there.

    Sun tanning, sauna, workout all in one! Really REALLY hot out there at noon. Took a break when I stopped for water, normal fountain wasn't working and had to find one that was.

    Enjoying the morning and then sunrise over the lake. Left at 6am still pretty cold, but it's nice to get up and get home before the sun is fully up.

    Trying to get down under 7/mile for the whole 10... TECHNICALLY the route is 10.24 so I was at 6:58 either way. Felt nice to push a little.
