    I did lunges, squats, frog walk and frog leaping without any rest and in the end was panting but feeling incredible.

    I started my run on Sunday at 9.30 a.m. under scorching sun as I wanted to enjoy sweating out. It was truly amazing.

    It was nice but soon sun became hottest and had to stop after covering 3 miles. I will complete 2 more miles in the evening as tomorrow is my rest day before my long run.

    I was supposed to cover 4 miles but got up a bit late, got ready and hit the road. The run was fun as always. I was able to cover 3 miles but will run an extra mile on Thursday.

    It was simply amazing.At a gradual speed I ran for full 6.3 miles and .7 miles was a walk.

    The weather was pleasant and I completed the run with utter satisfaction. I walked only for 20 meters and rest was running at a slow pace but was simply fun.
