      vikas, true, except that i run late evenings. so the sea breeze makes it actual very pleasant that part of the day. it's the dogs i am wary off!

    Had Missed the Bandra-NCPA in the morning due to lack of sleep having cause-effect in a neck sprain.. So, did this one in the evening.. Humidity sucks even at night too..

      yes, go easy indeed. esp in these oppressive weather conditions. run less, take days off, carry water on your runs, run earlier in the mornings or later in the evenings.

    Can't really call it a run, but it's a very slow jog with very short steps so that my medial shin doesn't hurt. Felt much better to be on the move and it's definitely worthwhile... read more

      Good run Vikas. Could be the sprinting that caused this. So should be good in a weeks time. Ice and compression should be good.

    Since there was a bit of pain on medial shin, took the day easy and walked.. Had applied crepe bandage and ice previous day and was actually better today.. So, only walking and stretching today.

    Slow jog till the temple at 1.6k and then two repeats of 100m for fun.. Wasn't carrying my watch on this run, therefore no time..
