    Was targeting 55 mins so 9 seconds too much but overall happy. Feel have a good chance to do a sub 2 in Mumbai. Thanks to Pune running, Vivek, sudhi nd nikhil to give me the confidence

    Not able to go below 6 pace in longer distances. Ran at 5 30 for 4 km but could not sustain it

      You don't need to run at 5:30 pace throughout. Run at 6 or even slower pace for some time and that will give you enough time to recover and enable you to run at faster pace again.
