Great class tonight after the second day back to work. I really needed it. She also kept us an extra 30 minutes practicing some crazy poses! Love this class!

I was hoping for a longer run but my knee said "No". so I listened. Just a twinge I get sometimes. I think it is due to uneven side of the road.

Skipped today's class to go on a run. When I got back worked on some yoga poses to stretch. I am proud to say I can now do a head stand!!! :) Happy Friday!
