    Great class tonight after the second day back to work. I really needed it. She also kept us an extra 30 minutes practicing some crazy poses! Love this class!

    Went on a bike ride in the woods. This is my favorite place to ride my bike. Rode over six miles and did not see a single person today.

    I was hoping for a longer run but my knee said "No". so I listened. Just a twinge I get sometimes. I think it is due to uneven side of the road.
