good Dog Walk 1.07 mi 00:23 21:19 pace

This was this morning's dog walk. I was going to run tonight with the group, but I had a chiro appointment that ran later and I missed it. Then my hips were sore from the adjustment, so I figured it would be better just to let my body rest and adjust to the adjustment.

Anyone in the Tulsa area have any recommendations for a good chiropractor? The one I went to today was ok, but I wasn't super impressed.

    I saw your profile on the 'nearby entries' tab and thought this may help you out. I went to Dr. Cate at Cate Chiropractic Center and he was great. He did everything he could to help me; he's also very nice and personable! His office is on 51st between Lewis and Harvard. Hope this helps! :)
